Effective Date: January 1st, 2026 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Truthful Transport Inc. website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Services Provided Truthful Transport Inc. provides vehicle transportation brokerage and/or coordination services. We arrange transport services through licensed and insured motor carriers. We do not guarantee specific pickup or delivery dates unless expressly stated in writing. Quotes & Pricing • Quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. • Final pricing may change due to inaccurate information, vehicle condition, location changes, or market conditions. • Additional charges may apply for inoperable vehicles, oversized vehicles, or special handling. Customer Responsibilities You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Ensure the vehicle is operable as described • Remove personal items from the vehicle prior to transport • Ensure availability at pickup and delivery locations Truthful Transport Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information. Payment Terms • Payment terms will be disclosed at the time of booking. • Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation or delays. • Any refunds are subject to the specific terms agreed upon at booking. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation policies are provided at the time of order confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and services already rendered. Limitation of Liability Truthful Transport Inc. is not responsible for: • Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or acts of God • Damage caused by motor carriers (claims must be filed directly with the carrier) • Personal items left in the vehicle Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services, to the extent permitted by law. Carrier Liability & Claims Motor carriers are required to maintain insurance coverage. Any damage claims must be noted at delivery and submitted directly to the carrier in accordance with their claims process. Truthful Transport Inc. does not act as an insurer. Communications Consent By submitting your information, you consent to receive service- related communications via phone, email, and text message, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time. Intellectual Property All website content, including text, layout, code, design, logos, trademarks, slogans, and graphics, is the proprietary intellectual property of Truthful Transport Inc. and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
